Community Organization Preventing Emergencies        

                                          (COPE)

 1-Establish a program that allows the citizens to make their homes and  

     community a safe environment.

 2-Assist the community in recovering from emergencies.

 3-Train one or more members of each family in CPR and to recognize the signs and symptoms of strokes, heart attacks, and other medical emergencies.

 3-Supply each participating household with equipment to better prepare them to respond to emergencies (First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers, and Smoke/CO2                   Detectors).
